Privacy Policy

What Boothie stores

For operators: your name, email, organisation and what you do in the portals. For booths: health data (heartbeats, screenshots of the booth screen, printer and payment status) and each visit's record and photos.

Booth customers

A customer who asks for their photos by text gives a phone number. It is encrypted on the booth before it is stored, used once to send the text, and deleted after 30 days along with the photos. Texts include how to opt out.

Who sees what

Only your organisation's people see your organisation's data. Boothie staff may read it to support you or to run the service. Data is held in Australia (Sydney) with Supabase, and texts are sent through Twilio.

Your rights

Ask Boothie to export or delete your organisation's data at any time. Contact details will be listed here.
