Terms of Service
Boothie is software for unattended photo booths: the Kiosk and Agent on a booth PC, and the Studio and Fleet web portals. By creating an organisation you agree to these terms on its behalf.
1. Licences
A licence covers one booth PC for the time it is paid for. New organisations get a free 14-day trial with one licence. After the trial, licences are invoiced by Boothie (and, later, paid online). An organisation may run as many paired booths as it has licences; a booth beyond that shows a notice instead of taking visits, and a booth is never stopped in the middle of a customer's visit.
2. Payments and grace
If a payment is overdue the booths keep running for 14 days. If the subscription is then still unpaid or is cancelled, the booths stop taking visits until it is settled. Nothing is deleted: your designs, sessions and settings stay, and the booths start again by themselves once the licence is right.
3. Your data
Your organisation's data is yours and is never shown to another organisation. Boothie staff may read it to support you. Customers' phone numbers are encrypted and deleted after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use Boothie only for photo booths you operate or are authorised to operate. Do not try to bypass licensing, hardening or payment safeguards.
5. Availability and liability
Booths work offline and queue their records; the portals may occasionally be unavailable. Boothie is provided as is, and Boothie's liability is limited to the licence fees paid in the preceding three months, to the extent the law allows.
6. Changes
These terms may change; owners are told by email and in Fleet before a change applies.
